Where did all the loyalty go?

In today’s rapid world of brand-hype, overstimulation, and WWE-style marketing campaigns, it feels like everyone is vying for your buy-in, your time, your engagement. Yet conversely, interaction, loyalty, and repetition are at all-time low. According to a recent LivePerson study, the average consumer will spend no more than 76 seconds on a given brand or product if they do not feel engaged, compelled, and instantly gratified. It’s a challenge, we get it. The question is what are we going to do about it?
